If you're not from Canada:
1. Use a manual proxy (safer!!) or a proxy server like:
http://www.freedomking.info/ (Thanks to Browse in Stardoll!!)
I must say it's a server with lots of advertisements... so not the most safe server :( Unfortunately I don't know a better one. If you do use it, try closing the ads as soon as possible...
2. Go to Stardoll.com with the proxy and log into Stardoll.
3. Now go to following link with the proxy:
http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/finish.php?id=656
